The New Zealand Pony Club Dressage Championships were held over the weekend 18, 19 & 20 January in Taupo and included teams from all over the country, from Northland to as far south as Otago and Southland. Competition was fierce and the Hawkes Bay team put in an excellent performance to finish in second place, a tremendous result. Individually Alisha Sixtus placed 2nd in senior rider and Kirsty Parsons placed 6th junior rider. Alisha also won the award for Overall Senior Secondary School rider.
