2025 NZPCA Conference and AGM

When: 1 August to 3 August 2025,

Where: Chateau on the Park, Christchurch.

Friday 1 August 10 am - 4 pm National Forum - Open to ALL

Saturday 2 August 9 am - 3.30 pm Presentations and Practical Workshops

Sunday 3 August 9 am - 3.30 pm AGM and Practical Workshops

Key Features for 2025:    

Three full days of activities.

This includes a National Forum on Friday, followed by two full days of workshops and sessions tailored to various roles within NZPCA.   

Workshops: Saturday and Sunday will feature parallel sessions, offering topics ranging from strategic planning, health & safety, membership management, and volunteer engagement.   

AGM: The Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday morning, covering key business updates.

The AGM is a great opportunity to influence decisions that shape the future of NZPCA. 

Networking opportunities: We have included more time for members to network and share experiences, fostering collaboration across branches and clubs.

Conference Packages:   

3-Day Package: $320 (3 days and Awards Dinner)

2-Day Package: $280 (Saturday and Sunday and Awards Dinner)

Awards Dinner Only: $80

Day Attendance: $100 per day

AGM only: Free

Registration will be open in February - there will be no Nominate Fees

These packages are designed to provide value while ensuring all attendees can participate in a wide range of sessions.

We hope to see strong representation from all regions at this pivotal event.
